The project concerns the construction of a 550 MWe combined cycle power plant consisting of three (3) gas turbines and one (1) steam turbine supplied with natural gas, heat recovery steam generators, gas turbine electrical building, steam turbine & HRSG electrical building, cooling water intake – filtration – pump station – outfall – treatment & pump station, switchgear building, demineralized water production & storage, black start diesel generator building, desalination plant, industrial waste water treatment, demineralized water make – up building, fuel oil pump station and service station, fuel oil treatment plant, fuel gas treatment area, main reducing station, workshop, store, and laboratory.

• Normal and emergency lighting and small power
• Telephone, public address and clock systems
• Cable trays
• Earthing system
• Lightning protection system
